5. 1-on-1 Video Call Services
1-on-1 video call services may include travel consultation, trip planning support, practical China travel guidance, or personalized advice provided through an online meeting.
You are responsible for attending the scheduled call on time and ensuring that you have a stable internet connection, working device, and access to the meeting platform.
If you arrive late, the call may still end at the originally scheduled time. If you do not attend the scheduled call, the booking may be considered used.
The advice provided during a video call is based on the information available at the time of the call and the information you provide. It does not guarantee any specific travel result, booking result, visa result, entry permission, or third-party service outcome.
6. Orders and Payment
All prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase. Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
Payment must be completed before digital products are delivered or services are provided.
We may use third-party payment providers to process payments. By placing an order, you agree to the payment terms of the relevant payment provider. LocalChinaTips does not store your full payment card details.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and you have received an order confirmation or access to the purchased product or service.
